摘 要:利用反应性增容方法制备了丁苯橡胶(SBR)/废胶粉(SRP)弹性体合金,并研究了反应性增容剂对SBR/SRP弹性体合金的结构与性能的影响。结果表明,当丁苯橡胶100份、增容剂用量9份、废胶粉(粒径80 m esh)用量45份时,弹性体合金的力学性能最佳。差示扫描量热仪和动态力学分析的结果显示,加入增容剂后,弹性体合金的玻璃化转变温度发生位移,SBR与SRP的相容性提高。扫描电镜和透射电镜的结果揭示,加入增容剂后,废胶粉的粒子被丁苯橡胶基体包覆,两相间粘合力大大增强。Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR)/scrap rubber powder (SRP) elastomeric alloys were prepared by reactive compatibilization. The effects of reactive compatibilizer on the structure and properties of the elastomeric alloys were investigated. The results show that when 100 phr of SBR, 9 phr of compatibilizer, 45 phr of SRP (80 mesh) are selected, the mechanical properties of the alloys are excellent. The results of DSC and DMA demonstrate that the glass transition temperature (Tg)of the elastomeric alloys is shifted; the compatibility between SBR and SRP is improved. SEM and TEM reveal clearly that after adding the compatibilizer, the particles of SRP are wrapped hy SBR matrix and the adhesion between the two phases is improved obviously.
