摘 要:目的通过测量婴儿髋关节α角、β角和股骨头骨性髋臼覆盖率,为婴儿发育性髋关节异常(DDH)的早期诊断提供对比资料依据。方法采用高频5.0~7.5MHz线阵探头,按Graf方法对55例正常婴儿髋关节进行扫查。结果声像图可以较好地再现髋关节的解剖结构。46例92侧正常髋关节α角、β角和骨性髋臼覆盖率分别为:64.32°±4.42°,43.71°±6.63°和(62.22±5.25)%;9例11侧发育性异常髋关节α角、β角和骨性髋臼覆盖率分别为:48.35°±6.23°,53.03°±10.06°和(40.63±10.8)%。结论髋关节冠状面超声图像测量α角、β角及骨性髋臼覆盖率值可为婴幼儿DDH的早期诊断,尤其是股骨头骨化中心尚未出现的新生儿及小婴儿DDH的早期诊断提供依据。Objective To provide credible basis for earlier diagnosis of developmental dislocation of the hip and comparable data by measuring the infant hip with uhrasonography. Methods 5.0 - 7,5 MHz linear transducer was used for the frontal uhrasonographic sectional study of infant hip according to Graf's method. 110 hips of 55 cases were scanned. Results It revealed that ultrasonic examination basically demonstrated the anatomy at frontal profile of infant hip. The data of 46 healthy cases:a angle64.32°±4.42° angle 43.710±6.63° , MR value(62.22±5.25)% ; the data of 11 abnormal hip of 9 cases: a angle 48.35°±6.23°,βangle 53.03°±10.06°,MR value(40.63±10.8)%.Measurements of α angle, β angle and MR value provide important information for earlier diagnosis of infant DDH ,especially in the infant whose ossification center of femoral head has not got formed.
