摘 要:应用厌氧毒性试验方法评价了五氯酚对厌氧颗粒污泥利用葡萄糖、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)及产甲烷毒性的影响。结果表明,厌氧颗粒污泥利用葡萄糖、VFA的活性及产甲烷活性均随PCP浓度的增加而明显下降。其中产甲烷活性更易受PCP的抑制;反应器中、下层颗粒污泥比上层及未驯化颗粒污泥对PCP的抑制有较高的忍耐性,且其活性恢复也较快;颗粒污泥中乙酸产甲烷菌和互营丙酸盐降解菌比互营丁酸盐降解菌对PCP更敏感。Pentachlorophenol(PCP)was evaluated for its toxicity to methanogenesis and utiliza-tion of glucose and volatile fatty acids(VFA).The results showed that the activities of methano-genesis and glucose-utilizing and VFA-degrading decreased with the increase of PCP concentration in mixed cuIture,and the activity of methanogenesis was inhibited more easily. The PCP-degrading granules obtained from middle and lower parts in the UAD reactors exhibited a higher tolerance to the inhibition caused by PCP to glucose utilization and degradation of VFA,and showed quicker re-covery of activities too,compared with anaerobic granules from upper part in the same reactor or granules unadaptated to PCP. Acetate-utilizing methanogens and syntrophic propinate degraders were rnore sensitive to PCP than syntrophic butyrate degraders.
