盐溶液与空气接触的除湿单元模块性能研究

摘  要:在实验测量的基础上,分析了使用Celdek规整填料和溴化锂除湿溶液的叉流除湿模块的全热效率及除湿效率的影响因素,给出了两个效率的经验关联式,使用该经验关联式计算的全热效率和除湿效率的数值与实验结果的平均偏差分别为6.3%和6.0%。通过与文献中逆流除湿器的实验结果对比,该经验关联式的预测结果与实验结果很好的符合,也可用于预测逆流除湿器的性能。Dehumidification module is one of the fundamental components in liquid desiccant air-conditioning system. Several modules can be combined together to realize different liquid desiccant systems. Enthalpy efficiency and moisture efficiency are adopted as indexes to describe the heat and mass transfer performances of the dehumidification module. Effects of inlet parmneters of air and liquid desiccant on the two efficiencies are analyzed based on the experimental results for the cross-flow dehumidification module using Celdek structured packing and lithium bromide aqueous solution as liquid desiccant. Empirical correlations of the two efficiencies are then given. The average dfferences between the calculated values by the correlations and the experimental findings are 6.3 % and 6.0% for enthalpy efficiency and moisture efficiency respectively. Good agreement is also shown for counter-flow dehumidifiers available in the literature.
