摘  要:目的根据NCCLS-EP9-A2对2种发光免疫分析法进行比对试验,研究2种方法检测结果的一致性。方法收集40例临床血清标本,分别使用Access分析仪和Elecsys2010分析仪同时测定血清标本IgE水平,分析2组结果的相关性和2种方法检测结果的一致性。结果2种方法所得的结果相关性良好(r=0.994),2组结果预期偏差在允许偏差范围内,可以接受。结论在严格按操作规程进行校准和质控在控的前提下,使用这2种发光免疫分析方法测定血清中IgE水平的结果基本一致,在同一实验室可以同时使用这2种方法检测相同项目。Objective To estimate the bias between the two kinds of luminescence immunoassay,and find out whether each of them can besubstitute by the other. Methods IgE was determined in serum by two kinds of luminescence Immunoassay(ACCESS and Elecsys2010).We compared the results of two groups with the procedure as NCCLS-EP9-A2 described. Results The results of the two groups were correlated ( r = 0. 994). The expected bias was in the range of acceptable bias, the results of the two methods were consistent. Conclusion Bothof these two methods are advanced luminescence immunoassay with good repetition. The results of the two groups were con-elated. The twomethods can be replaceable, and anyone of them can be used to perform a detection with its own reference range.
