摘　　要：本文介绍一种廉价含稀土固体渗硼剂,并进行了渗硼处理试验,通过渗层组织的观察和渗层硬度的测定以及渗硼剂重复使用性的探讨。结果表明:采用该渗硼剂可使钢件表面获得较好的渗硼层,且稀土可以提高渗层的质量。A low-priced solid boronizing supply agent containing RE was presented, and the experimental of the boronizing process was carried out, the microstructure and hardness of boriding layer and repeated use of the boronizing supply agent were also dicussed. The results show that the better boronizing layer on the surface of steel can be obtained by using the boronizing supply agent, and RE can improve the quality of boriding layer.
