摘  要:目的观察油酸肺损伤模型中肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞钠主动转运功能的改变。方法建立大鼠油酸急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)模型后,分离纯化肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞,利用膜片钳全细胞记录模式研究钠转运功能状态以及β2受体激动剂特布他林对其的影响。结果ARDS大鼠肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞钠主动转运功能明显减弱,但是特布他林可以使全细胞钠转运增加。结论ARDS时肺泡上皮细胞钠主动转运功能仍然存在,但较正常时明显减弱;而特布他林仍可增加上皮钠转运。Objective To observe the changes of sodium transport of alveolar type Ⅱ cells in oleic acid-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods After isolation of the AT Ⅱ cells as ARDS model induced by oleic acid, the whole cell sodium current was recorded in 5 h with patch-clamp in whole-ceil mode. The effect of β2-agonist terbutaline on the current was also examined. Results The sodium currents recorded from AT lI cells in ARDS were smaller than that of the control cells, but the current could be stimulated to increase obviously by terbutaline. Conclusion AT Ⅱ cells can actively transport sodium ion even under conditions of ARDS, but this capacity can not match that of the control cells. Terbutaline can obviously stimulate the sodium current.
