关于建立我国新农村社区健身俱乐部问题的理性思考

摘　　要：建立新农村社区体育健身俱乐部是贯彻落实《全民健身计划纲要》和《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十一五规划纲要》的重要工作,而且也是农村精神文明建设、提倡健康文明生活方式和建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。在探讨建立我国新农村社区体育健身俱乐部的目的和意义的基础上,提出建立新农村社区体育健身俱乐部的界定、任务、基本条件、要求与资金来源,以及在建设社会主义新农村中所表现出的功能和价值,为推进社会主义新农村体育建设和实施农民健身工程提供理论参考。As an important work of implementation of outline of the nationwide body-building plan and the People＇s Republic of China national economy and society the development fifteen program outlines,set up new rural community sports clubs, and important content rural cultural and ideological progress, advocate health civilization way of life and set up build socialism new rural. On the basis of purpose and sense inquire into set up new rural community sports physical care clubs, this paper put forward explain, assignment, main conditions, claim and source of funds and function and value of show in set up new rural community sports of set up new rural community sports physical care clubs, on order to provide provides theory reference for push on socialism new rural sports construction and implement Peasant Fitness Engineering.
