摘　　要：社会转型时期中国社区体育文化获得了较快发展,体育文化建设日益由单一向多元化演进,体育文化资源渐趋市场化,社区体育文化的功能得到体现。但在城市社区体育文化建设中也存在社区居民参与自主性的阙失、城市社区体育文化资源配置不合理、开发利用不够等诸多问题,必须坚持“以人为本”的思路,采取多种切实有效措施,以推进城市社区体育文化发展。The society made the transition in period the sports culture of Chinese community got very fast development, sports the cultural construction is by the only always pluralistic gradual progress day by day, sport.s culture resource gradually market expend, the function of community＇s sports culture is reflected. Have community resident participate in watchtower on either side of a palace gate of independenee lose too in urban community sports cultural construction, the urban cultural resource distribution of community＇s sports is unreasonable, develop and utilize a great deal of questions incompletely, etc, must adhere to the ＂human- oriented＂ thinking, take many kinds of effective measures, in order to advance the development of urban community＇s snorts culture.
