摘　　要：本文分析了2008年北京奥运会资本市场融资的必然性,以此为基础,提出北京奥运会资本市场运作模式的基本途径是:设立奥运市政债券、建立“奥运产业投资基金”、成立“2008年北京奥运会风险投资公司”以及其他股权融资方式。This paper made analyzed on the basis of the certainty of financing of capital market of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, propose the basic route of the mode of the operation of capital market of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is： Set up the municipal bond of the Olympic Games, establish ＂ the industry investment funds of the Olympic Games ＂, set up ＂ industry investment funds of the Olympic Games ＂, establish ＂venture capital firm of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games ＂ and other stock financing way.
