摘  要:研究了长春密刺黄瓜于第15叶摘顶后,14C及15N同化物向各器官的运转与分配状况。结果表明,摘顶增加了14C和15N同化物向果实和侧枝的分配率,减少了向茎叶的分配率。摘顶15日内向根系的分配率与对照相比并无太大差异,但30日后却远低于对照,此时摘顶株其它备器官14C的放射性比强也明显低于对照。这是因摘顶15日后,功能叶片衰老,根系活力下降的缘故。This experiment was carried out in green house at Shandong Agricultural Univercity in the spring of 1992. The effect of topping on translocation and distribution of 14C and 15N-amillate in cucumber was studied. The results were as follows: Distribution rates of 14C and 15N-amillate in cucumber fruit and laterals increased but was reduced in stems and leaves as a result of topping. Distribution rate of 14C and 15N-amillate in roots was not decreased 15 days after topping, but was greatly reduced 30 days after topping.
