针药结合改善海洛因依赖者脱毒期戒断症状  

Clinical Research of Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Medical Therapy for Improving Heroin De-addiction's Withdrawal Symptoms

摘　　要：目的:比较头针+美沙酮、体针+美沙酮、单纯美沙酮疗法对海洛因依赖者戒断症状的临床疗效。方法:对海洛因依赖者94例用上述3种疗法治疗,动态观察10天的戒断症状记分。结果:治疗10天后的评分显示头针组控制戒断症状的效果最为完全,体针组也有一定效果,但不及头针组,两组比较,有统计学意义,P<0.01。两个针刺组的治疗效果均优于单纯美沙酮组,P<0.01。结论:在目前尚无特效戒毒疗法的情况下,针灸参与戒毒具有疗效肯定、无副作用、经济安全的特点,头针结合药物治疗具有一定的协同作用。Objective： To compare the clinical curative effects of three methods including scalp acupuncture combined with methadone, scalp acupuncture combined with methadone and only methadone for improving heroin de-addietion＇s withdrawal symptoms. Methods：94 cases of heroin addicts were treated by the above three methods. The scores of withdrawal symptoms were dynamically observed for ten days. Results： The method of scalp acupuncture combined with methadone showed the best effect and the method of body acupuncture combined with methadone showed the better effect. The two methods had statistic meaning （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the effect of acupuncture combined with methadone is better than that of only methadone （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： At present, needle therapy is effective with no side-effect, lower cost and safety on improving heroin de-addiction＇s withdrawal symptoms. The combination of scalp acupuncture and methadone has a synergic function.
