穴位按压合丹参注射液治疗肾绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位按压合用丹参注射液治疗尿路结石引起肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法:肾绞痛患者189例分为三组,治疗组86例,取背部阿是穴(腰部压痛最明显的部位)按压约3～5min,继以丹参注射液20ml加葡萄糖液250ml静脉滴注。对照1组48例,黄体酮20mg+维生素K38mg,肌肉注射,继以山莨菪碱注射液20mg加葡萄糖液250ml静脉滴注。对照2组55例,度冷丁75mg,肌肉注射,继以山莨菪碱注射液20mg加葡萄糖液250ml常规速度静脉滴注。结果:总有效率,治疗组90.7%,对照1组64.7%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);对照2组总有效率92.7%,与治疗组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:指压腰部穴位并合用丹参注射液治疗肾绞痛起效快,疗效确定,简便易行,值得推广。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of accupoint massage and danshen injection in treating renal colic induced by urinary calculi. Methods, 189 cases with renal colic were randomly divided into the treatment group （86 cases）, the contrast I group （48 cases） and the contrast Ⅱ group （55 cases）, The treatment group were treated by massage of Ashi accupoint in back for 3 or 5 minutes and mainline of Danshen injection （20 ml） and glucose injection （250 ml） in regular speed. The contrast I group were treated by muscle injection of progesterone （20 mg） and vitamine K3 （8 mg） and mainline of black henbane （20 ml） and glucose injection （250 ml） in regular speed. The contrast Ⅱ group were treated by muscle injection of dolantin （75mg） and the same mainline of contrast I group. Results：The total effective rates of the treatment group, contrast I group and contrast Ⅱ group were 90.7%, 64.7% and 92.7% respectively. The comparison of the treatment group and the contrast I group had a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05） while that of the treatment group and the contrast II group had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Accupoint massage complicated with danshen injection has a good effect in treating renal colic. Compared with the western medicine, they has same effect and less sideeffect, and is worth using extensively.
