摘　　要：卧式虹吸刮刀卸料离心机是一种新型的离心机,它将虹吸原理应用于过滤式刮刀卸料离心机,大大增强了离心机的过滤推动力,这对于提高离心机生产能力及增强离心机分离效果都是重大的突破。对虹吸原理进行了详细的分析,以实现该机型的国产化并替代进口产品。The siphon-filtered and scraper-unloaded centrifuge is a new product with international advanced level, The filtering thrust is enhanced after siphon principle is used into the new filtering centrifuge. As a result, the new product can gain higher productive abilities and will have a great effect of separation. The paper gives a thorough analysis on application of the siphon principle insuch kind of machine.
