摘　　要：在项目建设之前,需要依据国家给定的一些技术指标对此建设项目对周围环境的影响进行评价。在达到技术指标标准范围内,某项目对该地区某些因素的影响甚微,而对其它因素会产生较大的影响。为了综合评价项目对周围环境的影响,文中将模糊综合评价的方法引入房地产项目建设的评估中,并以青岛“世纪华庭”建设项目作为此方法的应用实例,分析了各指标因素对评价目标的影响,给出了一个综合评价的结果。Influences of construction projects on the surrounding environment are needed to be valuated before construction according to technical indicators given by the environmental agencies. The constructing project satisfying the scope of the technical indicators may have little effect on some factors, but much effect on other factors in the surrounding environment. To synthetically evaluate the effect of construction project on surrounding environment, the methods of fuzzy synthetic evaluation are introduced into the environment influence assessment of real-estate developing projects in this paper, the Century Hua Ting construction project was taken as an example to analyze the influence of indicators on the construction projects, and some synthetic evaluating results were given out.
