摘  要:在1993年试验的化学杂交剂中,引_2、引_3诱导水稻不实的效果较好,其中引_3诱导不实率最高的可达100%,且对雌蕊的伤害程度较轻,是较为理想的化学杂交剂。研究引_2、引_3和 TO_3对水稻花药内核酸、蛋白质和脯氨酸含量的影响,结果表明,施药后,水稻花药中核酸总含量下降8.6%~34.5%;RNA 含量下降8.8%~39.5%;蛋白质含量也下降了2.4%~55.2%,脯氨酸含量下降最多,达87.2%。由此可见,这3种化学杂交剂诱导不实与花药中核酸和蛋白质的亏缺以及脯氨酸含量下降有密切关系。During 1993—1994,chemical hybridizing agents(CHA)TO_3(Pyridone derivative) and I_1,I_2,I_3(Pyridazinone derivative)were tested and screened.It was found that I_2 and I_3 in- duced almost complete male sterility(Table 1).After application of I_2 and I_3,the total content of nucleic acids and content of RNA in rice anthers decreased by 8.6%—34.5% and 8.8%— 39.8% respectively(Table 3),and the protein content decreased by 2.4%—55.2%(Table 4). The effect of I_2,I_3 and TO_3 application on reduction of proline content in rice anther was especially noticeable compared with the untreated control.Therefore,it was supposed that the male sterili- ty induced by I_2,I_3 and TO_3 was closely related to the deficiency in nucleic acids,protein and pro- line during anther development.
