摘  要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定田基黄注射液中槲皮苷、异槲皮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为MerckLichrospher RP18,流动相为乙腈-(pH=3.0)磷酸盐缓冲液(18∶82),流速为1ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为350nm。结果:槲皮苷、异槲皮苷进样量分别在0.278μg~4.440μg(r=0.9991)、0.315μg~2.520μg(r=0.9991)范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为98.60%(RSD=2.23%)、97.79%(RSD=1.74%)。结论:本方法准确可靠、应用性强,可用于本品的质量控制。OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of quercitrin and isoquercetin in hypericum japonicum thunb .injection.METHODS: Merck Lichrospher RP18 was used as chromatographic column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (pH = 3.0) buffer phosphate( 18 : 82) with flow rate at 1ml/min, column temperature at 25℃ and detection wavelength at 350nm.RESULTS: The linear range for quercitrin and isoquercetin were 0.278μg-4.440μg (r = 0.9 991) and 0.315μg-2.520μg(r= 0.9 991), respectively.The average recovery were 98.60% (RSD= 2.23% ) and 97.79% (RSD = 1.74%), respectively.CONCLUSION: This method is accurate, reliable and applicable, and suitable for the quality control of hypericum jponicum thunb.iniection.
