摘  要:用无铬化学方法在铸铝合金表面制得黑色转化膜,利用点滴试验评价了膜的耐蚀性能.分别采用扫描电镜及电子探针观察膜的形貌、测定其组成元素,最后提出了黑色膜的形成机理和耐蚀机理.Black conversion film with non-chromate was obtained on a cast aluminum alloy by chemical methods, and the anticorrosion properties of the film were evaluated by means of dropping test. The morphology of the film was studied by scanning electron microscope, and the composition of the film was analyzed by electron probe. The mechanisms of formation and corrosion resistance of the black film were also put forward.
