摘　　要：目的:观察2%水杨酸凝胶治疗寻常痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机、双盲、有效药物(5%过氧化苯甲酰凝胶)平行对照的方法进行,研究对象为轻、中度痤疮患者,每天涂药2次,连续治疗6周。结果:2%水杨酸凝胶组在2、4、6周时的有效率分别为5%、30%、60%,无明显不良反应,与5%过氧化苯甲酰凝胶在疗效和安全性方面比较均无明显差别。结论:2%水杨酸凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常痤疮安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 2% salicylic acid gel on treating acne vulgaris. Methods Randomized, double-blind and effective drug （5% Benzoyl peroxide gel） parallel comparison trial was adopted. Patients with mild and moderate acne vulgaris were the samples, which were treated with 2% salicylic acid gel or 5% Benzoyl peroxide gel 2 times daily for 6 weeks. Results The effective rate of 2% salicylic acid gel in the course of 2,4,6 weeks is 5% ,30% and 60%, respectively, and no significant adverse reaction was found. There was no statistically difference between the two groups of 2% salicylic acid gel and 5% Benzoyl peroxide gel in efficacy or adverse reaction. Conclusion The 2% salicylic acid gel is effective and safe on treating acne vulgaris.
