利脑宁镇静催眠作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药复方制剂利脑宁(LNN)的镇静催眠作用,为该药的临床应用提供实验依据.方法采用小鼠自发活动、戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间的研究方法,进行镇静催眠实验.结果LNN可显著减少小鼠的走动时间和小鼠双前肢的抬举次数,与给药前比较,LNN低剂量组(P<0.05),中、高剂量组(P<0.01),亦能明显延长小鼠戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间,与对照组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),该作用呈剂量依赖性.结论利脑宁具有镇静催眠作用.AIM： To study the sedative-hypnotic effect of Linaoning（ LNN ） （a complex prescription of traditional Chinese medicine ）, and provide an experimental base and a theoretical foundation for its clinical application. METHODS ： The sedativehypnotic effect was studied by observing the spontaneous action and pentobarbital sleeping time in mice. RESULTS： LNN obviously decreased the walking time and the frequence of its raising forelimb. Compared with pre-administration or control group, low-dose LNN （ P 〈 0.05）, middle and high-dose-LNN （ P 〈 0.01 ） obviously prolonged the pentobarbital sleeping time in mice in a dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSION： LNN does have the sedative-hypnotic effect.
