摘　　要：目的建立军队医院机动卫勤分队卫勤保障能力评估体系,对医院机动卫勤分队卫勤保障能力进行科学评估.方法本研究采用的是德尔菲专家咨询法,以分发问题表的方式,征求、汇集并统计专家个人的意见或判断,并经过二至三轮咨询使专家对某问题的意见趋于一致的方法.结果通过对保障能力构成的要素进行分解,明确保障能力的构成,包括组织指挥能力、应急机动能力、医疗后送能力、野战环境适应能力,应用德尔菲法,构建医院机动卫勤分队卫勤保障能力评估体系及权重.结论我们提出了一套军队医院机动卫勤分队保障能力评价标准,评估机动卫勤分队的保障能力,提出工作对策建议.AIM： To establish an effective evaluation system on medical service support capability of mobile squad in military hospitals. METHODS： Delphi Method was used in this study. Questionnaires were employed to consult and collect the experts＇ points of view or estimation. After two or three rounds of consultation, the opinions of the experts were generally the same in some aspects. RESULTS： By analyzing the elements of medical service support capability, we found that the support capability was composed of organization and command capability, emergency response and mobile capability, medical evacuation capability, field adaptation capability. The evaluation system and weight of mobile medical support squad were established. CONCLUSION： We established a set of evaluation standards on medical service support capability of mobile squad in military hospitals, and made some suggestions through applying it in military hospitals.
