基层军官疗养期间的团队心理疏导

摘　　要：目的探索团队心理疏导对基层疗养军官心理健康的维护效果。方法基层疗养军官266人,随机分为实验组(135人)和对照组(131人)。实验组进行团队心理疏导,对照组除无团队心理疏导外,其他同实验组,于疗养前后分别对两组对象进行SCL-90量表的评估。结果疗养前实验组和对照组SCL-90评分无明显差异;疗养后,两组SCL-90各因子分均有降低,尤以实验组明显,其中躯体化、人际关系、焦虑及精神病性等因子分有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论团队心理疏导对维护基层疗养军官的心理健康具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of group psychological mediation on the mental health of limitary primary-level officers during recuperation. Methods A total of 266 military primary-level officers were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group（ n = 135 ） was trained by group psychological mediation. The control group（ n = 131 ） took the same interventions as the experimental group except group psychological mediation. The officers in both groups were evaluated before and after recuperation with SCL-90 scale. Results There was no significant difference of SCL-90 scores between the experimental group and the control group before the recuperation. After the recuperation, the scores of both groups declined compared with pre - recuperation. The experimental group declined more than the control group. There was significant difference in scores of somatization, interpersonal, anxiety and general symptomatic between the 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Group psychological mediation plays a positive role on maintaining the mental health of military primary-level officers.
