糖尿病患者健康教育需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解不同年龄、不同文化程度的糖尿病患者对糖尿病相关知识的需求情况,为制定针对性健康教育方案提供依据。方法采用自制调查问卷方法对62例糖尿病患者进行调查。结果50岁以下组对糖尿病诊断及并发症和运动知识的需求程度高于50岁以上组,大专以上组对糖尿病诊断及并发症和自我保健知识的需求程度高于大专以下组。结论对患者进行健康教育时,应针对其具体需要进行。Objective To explore the needs for knowledge about diabetes by patients with diabetes in different ages and different education levels, so as to provide evidence guiding pertinent health education plan. Methods Sixty-two diabetic patients were assessed by self-desigued questionnaire. Results The needs for knowledge of diabetic diagnosis, complications and exercise of the patients less than 50 years old were more than those of the patients more than 50 years old. The needs for knowledge of diabetic diagnosis, complications and self health care of patients with education level higher than college degree were more than those of patients with education level less than college degree. Conclusion The patients with diabetes need health education which should be conducted according to patients＇ specific needs.
