摘　　要：夏季空调负荷用电是导致电网供电不足的主要原因。大力推广蓄能技术,特别是冰蓄冷空调技术,对移峰填谷、错峰用电和促进电力供需平衡具有极其重要的作用。在分析湖北省供电形势特点和季节性缺电因素的基础上,总结了推广蓄能技术的经验,提出了今后电力需求侧管理工作的方向和重点。The air-conditioning power consuming load in summer is the main reason that causes the shortage of power supply. It has important function for peak load shifting and realizing grid equilibrium of supply and demand to popularize energy storage technology especially cool thermal storage air-conditioning technology. Based on analyzing the character of power demand and supply and seasonal power shortage factors in Hubei, the experience of popularizing energy storage technology is summarized and the DSM work direction and emphasis is brought out.
