摘　　要：简要描述了风险投资的概念及其基本特征,论述了风险投资在促进农业科技成果转化、实现高新技术产业化过程中的作用。同时就农业高新技术产业孵化园构建风险投资的运行机制提出了若干思路与建议。The concept and basic characteristics of venture capital are briefly described, then the effects of venture capital on the transformation of agricultural research results and the industrialization of high and new technology are discussed, and lastly some ideas and proposals to build up the operating mechanism of venture capital in an industrial park of high and new agricultural technology are put forward.
