摘　　要：经10余年种植业结构大调整,浙江省旱粮种植总面积大幅下降,但鲜食和菜用型旱粮面积稳中有升,并向区域化、规模化的平原稻区方向发展。针对冬、春季大量稻田抛荒的现状,旱粮生产迎来新的发展时期和机遇,特提出一些发展思路和政策建议。Through the ten-odd years readjustment of crop planting structure, the area of planting upland food crops dropped by a wide margin in Zhejiang Province, but the area of planting table food crops increased stably, and planting table food crops became regional and mass production and extended to the plain rice fields. It is considered that the present situation of extensive uncropped rice fields appearing in autumn and spring is a new opportunity of developing upland food crops, and so some ideas and policy proposals for developing upland food crops in Zhejiang are put forward.
