摘　　要：面对新形势、新任务,思想政治工作在继承和发扬优良传统的基础上,必须在内容、形式、方法、手段等方面进行创新和改进。本文结合农业科研基层单位的特点,探讨了职工思想政治工作与现代管理的有效结合点。Under the new situation and tasks we should bring forth new ideas and make improvement in the substance, form, method and means of the ideological and political work on the basis of carrying on its fine tradition. Here we discuss the effective combination of the ideological and political work of employees with modern management according to the characteristics of basic units of agricultural research institutions.
