摘　　要：针对小型内燃机曲轴外凸台端面磨夹具存在的定位和夹紧方案的不合理性,这里提出了改进方案,使曲轴连杆组件因磨削工序造成的报废率几乎为零。This paper points out the unreasonableness of grinding clamps for the out- raised head face of cranks in a minitype gas engine when located and clamped, and puts forward better proposals to reduce the rate of wasters to nought when grinding the groupware made up of cranks and poles.
