摘　　要：探讨了前刀面为非对称齿形的斜齿梳齿刀的工作原理和设计方法;通过数学推导,证明了该刀具在切削工况下符合齿轮啮合原理,可切制出满足设计要求的齿轮。The operating principle and design method of the oblique tooth-slotting cutter with asymmetric tooth profile of the rake face is discussed and analyzed. With the mathematic derivation it is proved that the cutter meets the specification of the gear meshing under the cutting condition and can correctly shape gears that can meet the design requirement.
