摘　　要：针对政府信息化建设过程中出现的各种数据分散、资源异构等问题,提出一种基于Web服务的信息集成应用解决方案.通过此方案能使政府更加有效地管理与发布各企业的信息,并消除所谓的“信息孤岛”.给出了该解决方案的体系结构,并针对其中的关键技术进行了重点分析与研究.该系统具有良好的可扩展性和安全性,现已成功地运用于实际问题中.A web service based information integration solution is presented, which is a suitable solution for the information island problem we encounter today. By using this solution, government may manage and report the information of every enterprise more efficiently. We studied the architecture, security policies and other key points of the solution and discussed the Enterprise Data-report System. The system can meet the aim of expansibility and security.
