摘  要:小麦、甘草种子经不同场强的驻极体膜处理,两种浸泡液的电导率降低;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性提高;单位面积叶绿素含量增加;抗旱能力增强.The wheat and liquorice seeds were disposed by electret membrane with different strengths. The experiments showed that after the seeds were treated with the proper electret membrane, the conductivities of the soaking solutions of wheat and liquorice seeds can be reduced obviously, and the activity of superoride dismutase (SOD), peroridase (POD) and catalase (CAT) enzymes of the seedlings can be increased remarkably chlorophyll content in the same unit area can be raised, and the seeding drought resistance property can be strengthened remarkably.
