摘　　要：阐述了清洁生产与ISO14000环境管理体系的丰富内涵,并比较两者的异同,提出了以清洁生产战略建立环境管理体系的观点和方法。In this paper,the plenty connotation of cleaner production and ISO14000 environmental management system is defined.After comparing the differences and similarities between cleaner production and ISO14000,the viewpoint and methods for setting up environmental management system according to the stratagem of cleaner production is brought forward.
