摘 要:分析了胜利油田机采系统的工艺设备和能耗现状、存在的问题以及近几年来油田围绕提高机采系统效率这一重点攻关课题所取得的经验与做法,提出了解决问题的措施与建议。指出:要创新机采管理制度,建立设备内部调剂市场,做好油井达标示范区与提高机采系统效率示范区的结合。Analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the process equipment and energy consumption of the oil production system, as well as the experience and practices obtained from the study on improving the efficiency of oil production system in Shengli Oil Field. Measures and suggestions are further proposed to solve the problems. It is pointed out that the oil production management system should be innovated, and that inner equipment regulating market should be set up, so as to achieve a combination of standard well model area and efficient oil production model area.
