摘　　要：运用法学理论,从体育冠名权的法律性质、内容及权利合同的法律特征等方面入手,对体育冠名权这一新兴的权利现象作了较客观的分析。根据冠名权的立法现状和相关法律,探讨了体育冠名权法律保护的必要性,提出了体育冠名权进行法律救济的有效途径。By using jurisprudence theory and studying the legal nature and contents of sports denomination and the legal character of right contract, the paper carries on an objective analysis on sports denomination, which is a new right phenomenon. According to the legislation situation and relevant laws of denomination, the paper discusses the necessity of legal protection of sports denomination and puts forward effective way to conduct legal remedy on sports denomination.
