自由泳“直臂移臂”技术研究与分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、综合分析法等,对珍妮特.埃文斯、德布鲁因、柴田亚衣等的自由泳“直臂移臂”技术进行系统研究。结果显示:世界众多自由泳优秀选手、特别是女子选手采用了一种与众不同的“直臂移臂”技术,取得优异成绩并打破世界纪录。该技术特点是划频快、转髋效果好、动作自然、力量大,“直臂移臂”技术是21世纪自由泳技术的发展方向之一。By using the method of documentary and comprehensive analysis, the paper carries systematical research on the skill of ＂straight arms recovery ＂ in free - style applied by some swimming athletes such as Janet Evans, De Bruine and Shibata Ai etc. The result shows that many top swimming athletes, especially women have achieved great success and even broke world records since they have adopted such unique swimming skill of ＂straight arms recovery＂. The characteristics of this skill are as follows： high frequency strokes, efficient hip - rotating, natural and powerful movement. The skill of ＂straight arms recovery ＂ will be one of the developing directions of free - style in the 21st century.
