计算法计量不满管污水流量的研究

摘　　要：本文介绍的不满管污水流量测量是根据管道中液位的测量值直接计算出污水流量。论述了测量原理和流量计算公式，介绍了一种适用于污水液位测量用的电量检测式抗沾污电容传感器。最后，简述了污水流量计的构成及其在实验室的实验结果和现场运行情况。Usually,the sewage flow in the drained pipes with a part-filled condition,so that the currently conventional flowmeters are not suitable to be used. Investigating the features of part-filled pipe flow by analysising a lot of experimental results,the authors found that variation of liquid level in pipe is more sensitive than the velocity to the flow rate's variation,and also found that the position of level measurement plays an important part in flow measurement. The authors concluded a curve fitting fomula for the relation between the flow rate and liquid level and presented a mathematical model for calculating the flow rate on the basis of level measurement. In order to ensure the accurate measurement of liqued level in pipes, a new capacitance level transducer based on charge/discharge principle was constructed. Further,a new type sewage flowmeter used in part-filled pipe has been developed. Experimental results shown that this new method is acceptable. Although the accuracy of this flowmeter is limited(About± 4% ),however,it is simple,reliable and low cast, especially it is suitable to be used for sewage measurement.
