摘 要:观察不同剂量的60Coγ射线和紫外线为辐射源对帚型山桃、凯特杏、黑宝石李等三种果树花粉进行照射的发芽率.结果表明,经60Coγ射线和紫外线照射后3种果树花粉的发芽率与对照相比都明显降低,且均达到极显著水平;60Coγ射线比紫外线对花粉的发芽率影响明显;辐射后花粉发芽率降低多少依次为:黑宝石李>帚型山桃>凯特杏,辐射对黑宝石李的花粉的损伤最大、凯特杏花粉的损伤最小.Observed the pollens germination percentage of Zhouxingshantao, Katy and Friar were radiated by different doses of ^60Coγ rays and ultraviolet. The results showed that the germination percentages of the pollen radiated by ^60Coγ rays and ultraviolet are lower than the ones which have not been radiated, and reach the extremely remarkable . ^60Coγ rays affected more obviously than ultraviolet radiation. The pollens have different sensitivities to ^60Coγ rays and ultraviolet: the friar pollen germination ratio dropped the most, and the Zhouxingshantao's, and the katy pollen; so is the injury degree to Friar pollen highest and Katy lowest.
