摘　　要：国内外实践证明,产业集群是有效的区域发展战略,是提高区域经济竞争力的有效途径,也是区域经济发展到一定阶段的必然趋势.本文介绍了产业集群的定义,分析了产业集群战略带来的经济社会效益,结合河南县域经济发展现状,指出产业集群战略可从乡镇企业二次创业、统筹城乡发展、农民增收三个方面促进县域经济的发展,并提出了如何培育和发展县域产业集群.This article introduces the definition of industrial cluster and analyses the economical and social benefit of the strategy of industrial cluster. In the light of the present situation of the development of county economy in Henan, this paper discusses the role of the strategy of industrial cluster and advances the way to cultivate and develop the industrial clusters in counties.
