酮地麻鼻喷雾剂的制备及应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察酮地麻鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法随机将165例变应性鼻炎患者分成两组,酮地麻鼻喷雾剂组,自鼻孔喷入药液,每次二喷,每天三次,疗程一周。对照组应用扑氢麻滴鼻液滴鼻,用同种方法测量记录。结果酮地麻组86例,其显效67.4%、有效29.1%、无效3.5%。对照组79例,其显效43.0%、有效48.1%、无效8.9%。结论酮地麻鼻喷雾剂经临床应用,治疗变应性鼻炎,效果好,副作用小,值得推广应用。Objective To observe ketotifeni, dexamethasone and ephedrine dipropionate（ nose passes only） cure anaphylactic rhinitis＇ clinical healing effect. Methods Divide 165 cases of anaphylactic rhinitis patients into two groups, ketotifeni, dexamethasone and ephedrine dipropionate（nose passes only） group, to spray the liquid medicine into nasal cavity, one spray at a time , three times a day, the period of treatment is one week. The control group use puqingma nose drops. Use the same method to survey and record. Results Ketotifeni, dexamethasone and ephedrine dipropionate group has 86 cases. Its rate of obvious effectiveness and no effectiveness separately is 67.4% , 29.1% and 3.5%. The control group has 79 cases, its obvious , effective and no effective rate separately is 43.0%, 48. 1% and 8.9%. Conclusion The ketotifeni dexamethasone and ephedrine dipropionate a nasal spray through the clinical application , to cure the anaphylactic rhinitis have plus effect, the side effect is small. It is recomrnendable.
