摘　　要：介绍了PSS和SVC的基本功能;利用MATLAB对一个双机系统进行仿真,分析单相和三相短路故障时PSS和SVC对电压稳定性的影响。This Paper introduces the basic function of PSS and SVC, and simulates a two-machine power system using MATLAB. From the simulation, it analyses the impact of PSS and SVC on the voltage stability when a single-phase fault or three-phase fault happens.
