摘　　要：目前,大部分地质矿产数据资产和信息资源分散在政府管理部门、事业单位和大型企业中,由于条块分割与标准不一,造成了资源不能共享。因此,需要开发并建立一个分布式数据管理及信息共享平台,逐步实现部门之间的信息交换和无缝连接,有效消除信息孤岛,提高数据资产的利用价值,为国家的经济建设和社会发展提供及时、适用、可靠的数据和信息保障。At present, most data assets and information resource are dispersed in administrative departments, institutions and large-scale enterprises. Due to barrier between different departments and different standards, resources can not be shared. Thus, distributed data management and information sharing platform needs to be set up to realize information exchange and seamless link. Thus, detached island of information can be dispelled effectively, and value of data assets can be improved, which will provide quick, suitable and reliable datas and information guarantee for economic construction and social development.
