肾移植对精子形态及运动参数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肾移植对人精子形态及运动参数的影响。方法对15例男性尿毒症患者在肾移植前后分别进行了精液各项指标的测定,并与12名正常男性进行对照。结果肾移植后患者的精子活力、存活率及精子运动活力参数较术前有明显改善(P<0.05),而精子密度、精子正常形态率、头部缺陷精子百分率、MAI和SDI及精子运动方式参数与术前相比无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论接受肾移植后患者精子运动能力得到了明显改观,但精子形态及密度的改善并不明显。这一结果是否与服用环胞素A引起FSH水平升高有关,需要进一步研究。Objective To comprehend the effects of renal transplantation to sperm morphology and moving parameters. Methods The semen parameters and sperm morphology and moving parameters of 15 uremic patients before and after renal transplantation and 12 normal volunteers were analyzed. Results The sperm motilities and vitalities of the patients after renal transplantation were （43.21 ± 21.07） % and （74.97 ± 32.65 ） %, respectively, but those before renal transplantation were （19.02±14.44）% and （31.86±19.37）%, respectively. Both groups were significantly different（P〈0.01）. The sperm density and sperm normal morphology percentage and deformity percentage of sperm head of the patients after renal transplantation were （44.19±46, 63） × 10^6/mL, （24.23±13,551）% and （62. 77± 16.40）%, respectively, but those before renal transplantation were （25.46±16. 41） ×10^6/mL, （17.02±8.72）% and （65.32±14.06）%, respectively. Both groups were not different （P〉0.05）. The MAI and SDI of sperm morphology were not significantly different before and after renal transplantation （P〉0.05）. The VAP, VSP and VCL of motility parameters of moving parameters were significantly different （P〈0.05）. The ALH and STR of moving method parameters before and after renal transplantation were not different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The sperm moving ability of the patients after renal transplantation was significantly improved, but the sperm density and morphology were not improved. Further research should be performed to study if the results correlated with elevated FSH that resulted from cyclosporine A.
