摘　　要：①目的探讨灵芝多糖对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。②方法建立糖尿病小鼠模型,分别予以生理盐水、灵芝多糖100、200、400mg/kg,分别测定治疗后0、1、2及4小时血糖浓度。③结果不同剂量和不同时间点上小鼠血糖差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④结论灵芝多糖具有降低血糖的作用。Objective To explore the effect of GLP on blood sugar by way of establishing diabetes model of mice. Methods Diabetes model of mice was established, aider injecting 0.9% NaCl, GLP 100mg/kg, GLP 200mg/kg, GLP400mg/ kg into mice 0 hour,2 hour and 4 hour, the concentratcom of blood sugar was measured. Results The result indicates that for different dosage of GLP and different measuring time, the difference of blood sugar in the diabetes mice has statistic significance. Conclusion GLP can decrease the blood sugar of diabetes mice.
