摘　　要：2005年，伊拉克重建有所进展，但安全形势未见根本好转，政局仍面临内战和分裂的危险；巴以和谈有所突破，但和谈前景不容乐观；伊朗核问题仍是热点，有关各方的谈判短期内不会取得结果；美国、叙利亚围绕哈里里遇害事件斗争仍未结束，但双方关系短期内将会维持现状。Since the end of the Iraqi war, security situation in Iraq has seen no sign of fundamental improvement and Iraq is beset with the danger of civil war and disintegration. Palestinian-Israeli peace talks have made some breakthroughs; yet peace prospect brooks no optimism. The Iranian nuclear issue remains the hot spot and no immediate result of the talks by various sides will arise in a short period of time. Although the struggle between the US and Syria over the assassination of Habibi is still pending, bilateral relations between the two countries will maintain the status quo on a short view.
