摘 要:为了减少多品种小批量大模数齿轮在大型专用齿轮机床加工中的费用,采用大型普通的数控铣床加工大模数齿轮。齿轮数控加工首先要使齿形数字化,采用C++语言和程序完成数学建模的齿形渐开线(圆弧)起点、终点、圆心等关键点和插补点的坐标数值计算,然后进行加工编程和数控加工。探讨了一般齿轮齿形数字化与数控加工方法,推导出关键的工艺点和渐开线插补点的计算公式。经试制加工实例齿轮表明,齿形数字化精度和数控加工程序满足生产要求,且经济可行。To decrease process charge of a variety of big gears, the big CNC milling machine is used instead of the big hobbling machine for machining it. It is firstly digitized with the C^++ Programming Language and the computer program, profile coordinates numerical calculation of radii and key point (for example jumping--off and endpoint of arc and direct line and the center of circle etc) is completed. Then processing program is planed and processed. The general method of digitalization and NC machining of big module gear profile is discussed in an example of machining, the formula of calculation of coordinates of key craft points of gear is deduced. The trialproduct of an example gear processed indicates digitalization-precision and the process program could meet the need of manufacture and be economical and feasible.
