关于《潜水电泵试验方法》标准中性能判定的讨论

摘　　要：探讨了ISO 9906和GB/T 12785标准中有关流量、扬程和效率值的判定问题。以标准中性能保证值判定为基础,分析了标准中性能满足的保证条件,提出了流量、扬程和效率判定的数学表达式,解决了计算机辅助试验中计算机判定的技术难题。同时,比较了新、旧标准优缺点。It has been studied on the verification of the value of capacity ,head and efficiency of motor pumps in the ISO9906 and GB/T12785 standards. Based on the guarantee value of performance in the standard, the guarantee condition satisfied by the performance in the standard has been analyzed. The mathematical expressions about the value verification of capacity, head and efficiency were presented so that the technical problem on the verification by computer aided test has been solved. The advantages and disadvantages in the old and new standard have been compared at the same time. Therefore it will play an active role in understanding and executing the standard.
