摘　　要：首先介绍了数据仓库和OLAP技术的基本概念,然后阐述了当前国内大型建筑施工企业中进行财务分析的方法并指出了存在的问题,提出了引入OLAP技术来辅助建筑企业进行财务数据分析的思路。研究运用数据仓库和OLAP技术构建财务数据多维分析系统,并对系统中所涉及到的财务数据多维模型进行了设计。The basic concept of data warehouse and OLAP technology are introduced in this papor at first, then describes the method of current financial analysis in large - scale construction companies and points out the problems existed in it. In order to solve the problems, the idea of multi - dimension analysis of Financial data based on data warehouse and OLAP is put forward. With a large - scale state - owned construction enterprise as an example, the multi - dimensional analysis model of financial data based on OIAP is established.
