摘 要:考虑对合成燃气最终组成起关键作用的氧化还原反应、水煤气反应、甲烷化反应、变换反应等动力学反应过程,基于物料平衡、能量平衡和化学平衡分析,建立了一种生物质气化计算模型.利用该模型可以预测不同气化物料在不同气化剂温度和水蒸汽添加率条件下的合成燃气成分、热值、气化效率及干燃气产率等气化指标.将模型计算结果与现有文献的试验数据进行了对比,吻合较好,证明该模型具有较好的适应性和可靠性,可用于指导生物质气化操作参数的优化和新型高效生物质气化炉开发设计.This paper makes a study of the primary dynamics reactions in biomass gasification process, such as redox reaction, water gas reaction, methane turning reaction and transform reaction, which play a key role in the ultimate composition of syngas. Based on mess balance, energy balance and chemical equilibrium, a new model is established for analyzing biomass gasification. The model can be used to predict the components, productivity and caloric value of syngas, efficiency of gasification for different biomass species at different temperatt^re of the gasifying medium, and steam feeding ratio. The calculated results are in good agreement with the test results available in literatures, which verify that the new model has preferable applicability and reliability. The model can also be applied to the selection of optimum operating parameters and the design of new gasifiers with high efficiency.
