摘　　要：目的：总结法洛四联症矫正手术围术期主要并发症的发生率及处理经验。方法：对17例法洛四联症患者的一般临床资料、术前心功能状态和手术结果进行分析。结果：无手术死亡。术后并发低心排出量综合征3例，呼吸衰竭2例，灌注肺及心包内出血各1例。随访3～6个月，无晚期死亡及并发症发生。结论：熟练掌握法洛四联症矫正手术技术，合理选择适应证，及早发现和正确处理并发症是提高疗效、降低围术期死亡率的关键。Objective： To review the perioperative management for tetralogy of fallot （TOF）. Methods： Seventeen patients with tetralogy of fallot received surgical treatments, and the clinical data, preoperative heart function and surgical results were reviewed and analysed. Results：There was no early or late death ,and no myoeardical infarction. The follow - up ranged from 3 months to half a year. No residual leakage or obstruction of right ventricle outflow tract occurred. Conclusions ： Proper selection of indications, early detection and appropriate management of postoperative complication are essential to the surgical outcome.
