摘  要:目的探讨Graves病(GD)131I治疗前后血清可溶性细胞凋亡相关蛋白Fas(sFas)的变化特点及其临床意义。方法用固相夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测61例GD患者131I治疗前及治疗后不同时期血清sFas含量,并与对照组比较。结果(1)131I治疗前组sFas含量为(174.8±94.6)ng/L,明显高于对照组(96.6±10.2)ng/L(P<0.01);与131I治疗前组相比,缓解期组sFas含量(132.8±34.4)ng/L下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),临床治愈组sFas含量(111.2±13.3)ng/L进一步下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲状腺功能减退(甲低)组患者sFas含量(101.9±16.4)ng/L最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)sFas与GD患者甲状腺激素(TH),包括TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4及促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)呈正相关(r=0.37~0.59,P<0.05),与年龄、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)和甲状腺微粒体抗体(TMAb)等无明显相关关系。结论GD患者体内存在sFas异常表达,131I治疗后不同时期内sFas含量呈下降趋势。Objective To investigate the serum concentration of serum Fas(sFas) in patients with Graves' disease (GD) before and after ^131I therapy. Methods Serum levels of sFas were measured with enzyme linked-immuno-sorbent assay(ELISA) in 61 patients before and after ^131I therapy,and the results were compared with that the control subjects. Resuits The concentration of sFas was significantlyhigher in GD patients compared with that in the control subjects[ (174. 8 ± 94.6) ng/L vs (96.6 ±10.2) ng/L, P 〈 0.01 ) ], the serum concentration of sFas decreased after effective ^131 I therapy [ (132.8 ± 34.0)ng/L,P〉0.05] ,and was significantly lower in patients with euthyroidism after ^131I therapy[ (111.2 ± 13.2 ) ng/L, P 〈 0. 05 ], the lowest levels of sFas were observed in patients of hypothyroidism after ^131 I therapy[ ( 101.8 ± 16.3 ) ng/L, P 〈 0.01 ] ; The concentration of serum sFas pcsitively correlated with the titers cf antithyrotropin receptor antibody(TRAb) and thyroid hormones( TT3, TT4, FT3 and FT4, r = 0.37 - 0.59, P 〈 0.05 ), but not with other clinical parameters( age, antithyroglobulin antibody titer and anti-thyromicrosome antibody titer). Conclusion Abnormal serum concentration of sFas can be observed in patients with GD and regular change of sFas can be found after ^131 I therapy of GD,
